Haiti Politic: Message to the Nation of Jocelerme Privet
As part of the commemoration of the 210th anniversary of the assassination, on 18 October 1806 in Pont-Rouge of the Emperor Jean-Jacques Dessalines (Jacques 1), Founding Father of the Nation, the de facto President Jocelerme Privert sent a message to the population, which we reproduce verbatim.
