“Privileges and immunity” of OAS Haiti Election Mission accorded

WASHINGTON, D.C. (sentinel.ht) – An agreement was signed in Washington, D.C. Wednesday between the Haitian government and the General Secretariat of the Organization of American States (OAS) on the privileges and immunity of the Election Observation Mission of the OAS in the forthcoming presidential, parliamentary and local election.
