PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti (sentinel.ht) – Four major political parties signed a formal agreement Thursday to back, Jude Célestin, the presidential candidate under the banner of the Alternative League for Progress and Haitian Emancipation (LAPEH, No. 31) .
